Juube (ジューベ), also known by her real name Misa Natsume ( なつめ・みさ)[1] is one of the characters of Magical Girl Raising Project: F2P, who later reappears in Magical Girl Raising Project: White.
She is the commander of the F-City investigation and a Magical Girl from the Research and Development Division.

Appearance[]
Magical Girl[]
As a Magical Girl, Juube has long white hair and yellow eyes. She wears a white headband with grey leaves and a white flower at the end, as well as two black bows. She has a very fair complexion and freckles across the bridge of her nose.
Juube wears a plain gray dress, the ends slightly pleated. The dress has a white trim, as well as a yellow bow tied across the front. Juube’s sleeves are long, with black hourglass symbols on the edges. Underneath her dress, she wears a white petticoat with a black ribbon tied overtop.
Juube wears white socks and heeled sandals. The cuffs of the socks are fluffy, which cover the cuffs of her sandals.
Personality[]
Juube is a serious and calm person and is especially level-headed when doing division work. She is also intelligent and goal-oriented.
She does not appreciate the fact that the effects of her magic only come into effect after the twenty-four-hour deadline.
Magic[]
To show the truth with a magical pen.
When she writes a sentence with her magical pen, after 24 hours, the sentence will be blue if it's true and red if it's false, even if she can't tell if it's true or false.
Once she writes a sentence, she can't write a new one until the truth of the old sentence is revealed.

Juube and Old Blue do not have a positive relationship, as Juube despises her. Juube considers Old Blue a “cranky old woman”.
Rappy Taype[]
Juube and Rappy Taype are both members of the Resources Department, with Juube acting as Rappy Taype’s superior.
Juube enjoys talking to Puppeta’s puppet version of Rappy, so much so that she forgets that Rappy is a real person.
Pythie Frederica[]
Although their exact history is unclear, Juube hates Frederica, being the one who finally fired the latter following Pfle’s death after she became the Resources Department's new head.

Dark Cutie[]
Juube seems to want to re-recruit Dark Cutie into the Resources Department after the latter left following Pfle's death, ordering Rappy to approach her if she happens to run into her.
Snow White[]
Although they were never seen directly interacting, Juube seems to hold a fair amount of respect toward the Magical Girl Hunter, forging an alliance with her to stop Frederica and Old Blue and telling Rappy to follow her orders to the letter.

Real Name[]
- The name Misa is written in hiragana (みさ), which has no special meaning. However, when written in kanji (美沙, 海沙, 三幸 or 三桜), it could possibly mean:
- 美沙 - "beautiful" (美) (mi) and "sand" (沙) (sa).
- 海沙 - "sea, ocean" (海) (mi) and "sand" (沙) (sa).
- 三幸 - "three" (三) (mi) and "happiness, good luck" (幸) (sa).
- 三桜 - "three" (三) (mi) and "cherry blossom" (桜) (sa).
- Misa's surname Natsume (2) is written in hiragana (なつめ), which has no special meaning. However, when written in kanji (棗, 夏芽, 夏目 or 夏眼), it could possibly mean:
- 棗 - "jujube".
- Ziziphus jujuba, commonly called jujube, red date, Chinese date, is a species of Ziziphus in the buckthorn family.
- 夏芽 - "summer" (夏) (natsu) and "bud, sprout" (芽) (me).
- 夏目 - "summer" (夏) (natsu) and "eye, ogle" (目) (me).
- 夏眼 - "summer" (夏) (natsu) and "eye/eyeball" (眼) (me).
